For the rest of 2009, my thoughts lie in two directions. First and foremost is to get GTQ on the road. This involves getting the music transcribed for the rest of the band for all of ESQ (Ever So Quietly) and also selected tracks from my back catalogue, rehearsing, booking venues and organising some publicity.

 

Secondly I really want to get all my next album material collated and put into a presentable package. I've had the first bit of good news today: I needed an Atari computer to retrieve some files and had almost given up. But joy of joys one has emerged from out of the ether and I am the happiest chap alive right now ! :)

oops! got the atari stuff done (yee ha!) but got side tracked into wrting a piece for choir featuring Casey on Soprano Sax. Got the demo recording done and got bitten by the composing bug :) I'm now on a string quartet with Casey on Sax there too......!

 

Keep up with my progress here as I aim to have at least one more album out this year (ha ha)
